PRESS RELEASE: Faber Blinds is top of the class for £40m new school

The £40m Noel-Baker School has opened in Derby, with Faber Blinds playing a key role in the new building that will house 1,150 pupils and act as a focal point for the local community. Faber provided a number of different Side Guided EOS Roller Blind models with the same main component set used throughout to allow for visual continuity across the project. It also supplied 1800 OL Motorised Rooflights to complete the blackout requirements to St Martins Hall.

Thanks to Faber Blinds, the school now has a glare and ventilation strategy that works in unison throughout the building to provide a comfortable working environment for students and staff.
